A transaction means a separate source document or movement of funds that must be recorded for accounting or tax purposes.
The zero-activity plan applies when there are no sales, purchases, cash or bank business transactions, imports or exports. For an LLC, standard support for one director is included when there are no other transactions or employees.
Each additional registered employee costs AMD 3,000 per month. The charge includes standard registration, payroll and tax calculation, mandatory payments and inclusion in the required reports.
A separate quotation is prepared for VAT, imports or exports, EAEU transactions, cash registers, multiple bank accounts, a high number of cash or foreign-currency transactions, marketplaces, complex payroll records, accounting restoration, overdue reports or correction of previously submitted reports.
